Arrival and departure

Check in time: 3pm
Check out time: 11am

If you arrive earlier or if you decide to leave later you can leave your luggage with us.

Late Check out:
A late check out is possible any time upon request and according to our availabilities. We charge an additional fee of CHF 10.00 per hour and room.

Cancellation policies:
Cancellation 1 - 7 days before arrival: 75% of your booked arrangement I Cancellation 7 - 14 days before arrival: 50% of your booked arrangement I Cancellation 14 - 21 days before arrival: 25% of your booked arrangement

No Show:
In the case of no show the full amount of the deposited credit card will be charged or billed. The room which isn`t occupied on the booked day of arrival will be canceled and released and is no longer available.
